Project Description

Higley is serving as General Contractor for the $8 Million renovations of the Wellington Apartment Building located in Pittsburgh. Improvements consist of in-kind replacements of plumbing and electrical infrastructure, including replacement of primate electrical service, new electrical distribution to the apartments, replacement of primate domestic water and sanitary risers, and as-needed replacement of appliances and kitchen and bathroom fixtures.
