BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING (BIM) IS AN INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY AND PROCESS METHODOLOGY THAT INCREASES THE EFFICIENCY OF THE ENTIRE BUILDING PROCESS.

BIM enables the project stakeholders to streamline project management, centralize documentation, optimize resources, control costs, and minimize the risk of errors.

We use BIM models to detect drawing system interferences, aid team decision-making, streamline scheduling, and reduce interferences during construction, avoiding potential change orders. Additionally, BIM models can provide centralized information for maintaining a building after construction is complete, including components to keep on hand, maintenance schedules, system specs, and warranty terms.
