Higley recently served as Construction Manager at Risk for the $12 million renovation at Jack Thistledown Racino in North Randall, Ohio.   The project included the construction of a new 2-story addition for interior gaming floors that have an open-air façade on 2 sides.  This project included a new bar, renovations to existing food service, restrooms, gaming floor, and replacement of the main lobby escalators.

Club Jack at the Jack Casino in Downtown Cleveland consisted of the removal of the existing Club Jack desk and Office and the conversion of that space into game floor, and the construction of a new office and desk in a new location.

PROJECT ACHIEVEMENTS

• Completed the project on time and under the budget, allowing the client to start operation on the game floor earlier than scheduled helping them generate income in that area sooner than anticipated.
