Higley served as Construction Manager at Risk on the Cleveland Public Library South Branch Renovation. The project scope includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, handicap accessibility, exterior wall remediation, roofing, interior renovation and improvements, exterior site work, and installation of ADA compliant restrooms. The project also includes managing hazardous materials abatement, the installation of an accessible path of travel to above grade first floor and upgraded finishes throughout.
