The Key Tower portion of the project included a new exterior plaza, renovated Key Center lobby, and improved tenant common spaces, as well as interior renovations to multiple office tenants within the building. The project’s Marriott renovations included
the main entry plaza, reconfigured lobby, M Club, St. Clair Ballroom at Key Center, Il Venetian Restaurant, Marriott ballrooms, Trilogy Spa and Fitness Center.
