Higley served as Construction Manager at Risk for $1.2 Million, 7th Floor Tucker Ellis & West’s office fit-out in the Flats East Bank building located in downtown Cleveland. The scope of the 15,000 SF project included a front entrance, conference centers, offices, high-density filing, a reception area, storage and filing rooms, a café space, and high-end finishes.

The recent project is an extension of a previous renovation to other floors of the Ernst & Young building. The former, 100,000 SF renovation involved an architectural connecting stairway, a conference center, offices, a reception area, and high-end finishes. The project, valued at $9.7 Million, completed June 2013.
