Higley served as General Contractor for Lincoln Electric’s Headquarters renovation. The scope of work for the project included selective demolition, new open office environments including enclosed offices and meeting rooms. Electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire protection renovations and improvements to the 42,000 square feet of second floor office space within an existing building.

Project Achievements

• The project required an aggressively fast-tracked schedule to achieve occupancy prior to employees returning to work post pandemic. Higley was awarded this project based on a competitive lump sum bid.
• Higley provided $100,000 of value engineering solutions as part of our lump sum bid.
• Higley self-performed all selective demolition, carpentry, and interiors work.
• The owner added approximately 15,000 SF of executive offices to the renovation midproject. Higley was able to complete this work within the original project timeline.
• Higley was subsequently direct awarded a 10,000 SF interior renovation on the 1st floor to align with the finish level of the 2nd floor space.
