Higley served as Construction Manager at Risk for Lake Health’s Beachwood Medical Center. The 2-story micro-hospital, specializing in orthopedic surgeries, saw its first patient in March of 2019 and features 8 Operating Rooms specializing in Orthopedic Surgeries, 24 Patient beds, and a Full imaging department with MRI and CT x-ray.

Project Achievements

• Project phased bid package drawing releases throughout construction to maintain the fast-track schedule
• Utilized BIM for clash-detection and above ceiling coordination due to utilities serving operating rooms
• Utilized MEP trade partners to assist with design and cost-saving elevations.
