Project Description

Higley served as Construction Manager at Risk for KeyCorp’s operations center in Brooklyn, Ohio. This 6-story building featured an interior street layout that organized the circulation of the complex, as well as a cafeteria, presentation lab, fitness center, conference and teleconference spaces, cash handling facilities, and other meeting and operations spaces. An 875-car, 3-story parking garage was also included as a part of the project.

This project received LEED® Gold Certification.
