Since 2012, Higley has been serving Jones Day as Construction Manager for major renovation projects, overseeing small service contracts, and providing general maintenance labor. In 2012, Higley completed a $5.5MM, 27,500 SF renovation that included installation of a new elevator from the underground parking area directly into their new reception area and creating a new brand for the current and expanding conference center. Upon completion, we subsequently renovated an 1,800 SF fitness classroom and 500 SF family support room. In 2018, Higley completed a $20MM, 166,000 SF phased renovation that included offices, cafe, elevator lobbies, conference rooms, and common spaces throughout North Point Tower. Most recently, in 2023 we completed a replacement of the media and millwork wall in the Kramer Conference Room.
Though none of the projects sought formal Certification, we incorporated LEED® best practices into the work (All Projects).
