Project Description

Higley served as Construction Manager at Risk for the John Carroll University Grasselli Library. Phase 1 consisted of the relocation of (3) departments from elsewhere on campus to the Library (Student Success, Career Services, and Student Accessibility Services), including renovation of a portion of the Library space to accommodate these departments.

Renovation also included Library and Infrastructure improvements as required for the Phase I project (a new elevator, mechanical, electrical, fire protection and plumbing modifications in the renovated spaces).
