Higley served as Construction Manager at Risk for the $13 Million, 140,000 SF renovation of seven floors in Key Tower for Forest City’s new headquarters. This project consists of new restrooms, cafes on each floor as well as conference spaces on the main reception floor, including a 24 ft tall living wall. This project was fast tracked and completed in six months to meet the owners aggressive move schedule.

Project Achievements 

• Completed a 140,000 SF seven floor interior build out in six months by utilizing an integrated team approach with specialty contracts.
• Completed punch list and closeout in two months.
• Managed to maintain schedule with extremely long lead times on finish materials.
• Construction completed accident free.
