Project Description

Higley served as Construction Manager at Risk for the First Catholic Slovak Laddies Association’s headquarters facility which includes private and open offices, a fully technology-equipped corporate boardroom with an attached food preparation area, a staff kitchen and lunchroom, training rooms and conferencing areas.

The project included a 50-well geothermal energy system to serve the new building.
