Higley served as the Construction Manager at Risk for the new interior office fit-out for Ernst & Young moving from their previous occupied space in Cleveland, Ohio on the east bank of the Flats to their new location at North Point Tower at the corner of East 9th St. and Lakeside Ave. The new location entails a two-floor renovation with a full office space equipped with high-end finishes, modern office equipment, and luxury millwork. The 35,000 SF interior renovation is designed by the architectural firm Perkins & Will based out of Chicago, IL and completed November 2023.

Project Achievements

• Higley served as the Construction manager for Ernst & Young on previous renovations and achieved as the proceeding Construction Manager for their new location providing excellent project management services and expertise. 
• Our scope included detailed work coordinating design aspects of the reception area, history walls, and Hub locations designated for office refreshments, public gatherings, and entertainment. Several areas had acoustical insulation (SonaSpray) applied to the open ceilings, ductwork, and pan decking. This innovative product installation addressed the ceilings offering for a more industrial appeal.
• The areas beyond involved renovating the 18th floor main elevator lobby with an inviting entrance to custom back-lit live edge millwork and decorative wallcoverings with EY branding. The completed project also attracts you to modern office layouts with monolithic Ardex flooring, vibrant rugs, and custom lighting along with a sound recording studio, interactive conference rooms, and video displays.
