Higley served as Construction Manager at Risk for three new elementary/middle schools and one high school for Cleveland Metropolitan School District’s segment 7 projects.
Project No. 1 – New JFK High School | Higley served as Project Executive for Cleveland Metropolitan School District’s new JFK High School. The new 132,800 SF building serves 800 students in grades 9-12. The new high school includes a new gym (seating capacity for 1,500), cafeteria/auditorium, outdoor cafe seating area, library media center, classrooms, labs, administrative offices, and several collaborative areas for students and faculty.800 students in grades 9-12; 132,800 SF.; $562,560 cost; May 2018 – August 2020 construction period.
Project No. 2 – New Whitney Young Elementary/Middle School | 350 students in grades K-8; 52,850 SF; $14,116,604 cost; March 2017 – June 2018 construction period.
Project No. 3 – New William Rainey Harper Elementary/Middle School | 350 students in grades K-8; 52,850 SF; $14,116,604 cost; May 2017 – August 2018 construction period.
Project No. 4 – New H. Barbara Booker Elementary/Middle School | 350 students in grades K-8; 52,850 SF; $14,116,604 cost; June 2017 – October 2018 construction period.
