Higley served as the Construction Manager at Risk for the $26 Million, 165,000 SF renovation of eight floors in Key Tower for Benesch’s new headquarters. The project consists of full fitout of all floors, including private and open office spaces, new restrooms, cafe, conference and entertainment spaces on the main reception floor, and intermediate staircases from floor to floor.

Project Achievements

• The team utilized early packages and an integrated approach with specialty subcontracts in order to complete the accelerated project schedule.
• Manage and maintain schedule with extremely long lead times on finish materials.
• Higley provided coordination of owner-direct vendors, integrating them into our overall work schedule and managing their work progress on-site.
