Project Description

Higley served as Construction Manager at Risk for Calfee, Halter & Griswold’s renovation of the historic Calfee Building (formerly the WKYC Building). The renovated seven-story building houses 300 employees and features a two-story lobby atrium. The project includes high-density file storage, conference rooms, offices, and other collaborative spaces.
