Congratulations to Emily Lord, Higley's Director of Business Development, on her recognition as one of Crain's Cleveland Business's 2022 40 Under Forty Honorees! Emily has been with Higley for the past 9 years, initially starting her career in Project Controls before transitioning to Business Development.

Emily graduated from Western Carolina University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a Minor in Business Administration. She played for WCU’s women's soccer team all four years of college. During college, she completed two co-op assignments and later worked full-time for a national general contracting firm in Florida. In 2013, Emily joined Higley as Project Controls Engineer.

Emily is an active member of several Northeast Ohio organizations including serving on the Board of Directors for Achievement Centers for Children, Cleveland Bridge Builders, and Past President of SMPS (Society for Marketing Professional Services) Northeast Ohio.

Emily has always loved building things, whether it's construction or relationships. We are honored to have Emily on our team and look forward to her future accomplishments. Congratulations to Emily and the rest of the 2022 40 Under Forty Class!
