Higley served as Construction Manager at Risk for the $6.5 Million renovation of the Cabinetworks Group 80,000 SF office. This project involved renovating an existing two-story commercial building. The scope of work encompassed a wide array of interior renovation elements, including the creation of open office spaces, multiple conference rooms, a dedicated training workshop area, enhanced shipping and receiving facilities, a spacious town hall equipped with a demonstration kitchen, an inviting open patio, a tech-savvy genius bar, and exclusive executive private offices.
